Normally, the temperature rise of the better power equipment depicted by the power supply will be kept at about 25-30°C, while the temperature rise of the poorer depicted will be greater than 35°C. The switching power supply used in public lighting and outdoor lighting places needs to be waterproof, and a sealed enclosure is required. In order to improve the protection level, the manufacturer needs to fill the glue. The price of different colloidal materials is different, and the heat conduction function is also different, which is cheap. Selling glue has poor thermal conductivity and requires high-temperature baking, which often results in invisible damage and tight strains of different degrees of equipment, leaving danger. The self-temperature rise of lamps and lanterns is also a big problem that needs to be paid attention to when the waterproof switching power supply is used in public lighting, because a lot of heat generated depends on the shell to dissipate heat. It is reasonable to describe the lamp. The temperature of the shell itself is about Between 20℃-25℃. That is to say, it is normal for the lamp housing temperature to be about 45°C-50°C under the operating condition of room temperature 25°C. If it exceeds the range of this index, it means that the product has defects in temperature rise. One problem that needs to be noted here is that during work, every time the temperature of the electrolytic capacitor of the switching power supply rises by 10°C, the life span will be halved, which will directly affect its service life. At present, related technical personnel in China have proposed whether ceramic or solid capacitors can be used in the lighting field. However, with the current capacitor technology, neither of these two types of capacitors can be made into high-voltage and large-capacity, which is rather regrettable. However, the use of long-life capacitors may not ensure the power life.
